Objectives: 

• Have a better understanding of blood cancers and the
  disparities in myeloma incidence and treatment in the Black   
  community
• Review common challenges around myeloma diagnostic
   workup
• Outline the importance of the role of the Primary Care
   Provider in preparing patients for referral to ensure the
   highest quality care
• Become familiar with LLS information and resources for
   patients diagnosed with myeloma any other blood cancer
