Nurse Practitioner - Post-Acute Care

Join TeamHealth and our growing team in The Woodlands, Texas, as part of our post-acute care team. This opportunity is perfect for a part-time nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) to provide primary care to patients at a skilled nursing facility. Target rounding is 2 days per week.

This is a W2, part-time position with an annual compensation estimate of $44,031 - $48,000 with no cap on productivity potential.

We currently provide post-acute primary care services to 150+ facilities across the state of Texas.

We ask that you have an active Texas license and DEA. Previous post-acute experience is preferred, but not required.
